How to buy on Gunfire?

You've visited us for the first time? Great! Buying at Gunfire.pl is a piece of cake.

1. First, let's start by setting up a new account. If you already have one, skip this part and go to "Logging in".


On the main site, choose "REGISTRATION".

You'll open up a website which is basically a registration form. Just read all the information throughoutly (remember to familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions), fill in all the data the website asks for, doublecheck them and then click "Proceed" on the bottom-right.

The next site you'll see will be your personal administration panel. This is a kind of an HQ, which will allow you to manage your account. Here you can change your password, modify your personal information, browse your order history and much, much more.

You'll notice, that the system has logged you in automatically, enabling you to add products to your cart and place orders.

2. Logging in

If you already have an account, all you need to do is input your login and password on the website. Then - just click the "Log in" button or press Enter.

3. Purchasing - time to gear up!

Basically, purchasing on Gunfire is just like raiding a hypermarket. You've got your own cart and you the menu on the left is a kind of store map. Just choose any one cathegory of wares you're interested in, and look what we've got to offer. Add products to your cart, and then check out at the cash register. There you'll choose how to pay for your products, and how you'd like to have them delivered. Just like that. But, let's take this one step by step...


First, you need to log in or, if you don't have an account - to set one up by registering.

You'll find all the products we've got divided into cathegories for easy browsing. The product menu can be found on the left. As soon as you find the product desired, just choose "Add to cart".

You can add one or more products into your cart. In the menu on the right, right on top, you'll always find your cart list - all the products you have added and chosen to buy. Each product is listed with a price next to it and a button allowing you to remove it from your cart if you decide to take something else instead.

As soon as you decide you have ordered all that you need, just click "Check out". You'll be taken to your cart list, where you can make last changes to your order.

Here you'll find a full list of the ordered wares, allowing you to see precisely what you've ordered. If everything is OK, click the "Place order" button to move onto the next step - choosing the method of payment and delivery.

The chosen payment and delivery methods will define the time needed for the order to arrive at your doorstep.

As soon as you make your choice, choose "Proceed".

The next site will show you a summary of your order: the delivery address, method of shipment and an overal cost of your order with shipment fees included. Look through the information and then choose "Place order".

Now you'll see an end summary of your order. That's all. The purchase has been made. All you have to do now is await the courier to arrive at your door.



IMPORTANT!

Upon delivery, please be sure to check the parcel - whether it hasn't been damaged in transport. Also, make sure everything you've ordered is there. If you notice any damage to the parcel or its inhalts, raise a complaint with the courier and fill in a protocol immediately. The delivery date and date of the protocol must be the same.

Be sure to note that the product was packed in its original packing, with filling, and safely wrapped and packed for transportation.

In case the protocol is filled in incorrectly, the dates vary, or the protocol is incomplete, Gunfire does not hold the responsibility for any damage made to the package, nor for any wares missing from the package if such a situation should occur.

If the protocol is filled in correctly, a claim is raised by Gunfire to the shipping company. In such case the customer receives a new product or a refund, regardless of the forwarder's decision regarding the claim.
