If there are any additional costs (e.g. the exchange of gears), the client will be informed about them by phone and asked for a decision.

In the case of the exchange of parts, the old, damaged ones are returned.

Note!
If the purchased service concerns the replicas that have been just ordered, the client does not bear any additional costs of servicing, apart from the cost of the parts and accessories that the client has bought.
If the service concerns a product that has to be delivered to us, the client bears the costs of the delivery and return delivery.
