Lithium-iron batteries are quite new power source for ASG replicas at the market.They have very small dimensions while maintaining a very high current efficiency, which allows to choose the appropriate package for virtually any AEG replica. They have no memory effect. Can be recharged very often, without the prior discharge. Frequent loading is beneficial for this type of battery. With proper use, LiPo battery can hold average of 1000 loading cycles. Risk of damaging LI-Fe batteriy is smaller than with Li-po or Li-ion batteries.

Li-Fe batteies can be stored fully chardged. Risk of explosion or ignition is minimal. Li-Fe batteries are nowdays one of the safest power source for AEG's in the market.

Voltage of Li-Fe batteries is a bit lower, then with oder lithium packages. It does not severely effect their current efficiency. Discharge curve in those packages is beneficial, compared to other lithium and NiMH batteries.

NOTICE! To avoid damaging the package and to extend its life, it is forbidden to dischargde package under the voltage of 2,5V per cell. It is improtant to remember, that even when not used, package is slowly getting dischardged.

To keep Li-Fe battery in good condition, use high-quality chardgers.
