GFG40 Assault Rifle Replica
GFG40 was made from aluminium and ABS polymer. The upper part of the body was made on a CNC numerical machine along with a mounting rail. The rail is one part together with the handguard, which also features the aforementioned rails. The lower part of the body is also made from aluminium, however, it is worth to note that both parts fit very well together. There are no crevices, which might cause loose spots.
Elements that characterize this model among other PDW replicas (Personal Defence Weapon – carbines/submachine guns in shortest, most compact variations for helicopter and tank crews, drivers as a sidearm, capable of full-auto fire) are the size, weight and most of all universal use for both left and right-handed users. The replica features a double sided fire mode selector, which allows for change of fire mode with a thumb or index finger of either hand. It also has a “multi magazine catch” – a double sided magazine release button. The body has a “push the button” mount.
The replica features a collapsible stock, which further decreases the sice of the replica to a minimum (440mm). The top mounting rail has flip-up iron sights of great quality and most importantly durable and functional. A replica of gas pipe is visible from the inside of the handguard.
The magazine included in the set is made from ABS and steel. It is very narrow and lightweight, because in reality it is a magazine that holds 6x35mm rounds. Its colour resembles that of the original. The replica is also compatible with standard M4/M16 magazines.
The battery included in the set is stored inside the laser sight replica. The laser sight module is mounted on a RIS rail.
The set includes:
- A replica
- A magazine
- A battery
- A charger
- A barrel extension

It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Propulsion / Powered by:
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Type of fire:
The length of the replca is measured between the two most distant points of each other. Different models have several of these values, because of its design allows to increase or decrease it length (eg. folding stock or extended flash hider).
Inner barrel length [mm]:
This is a value that includes the weight of the replica, magazine and other accessories that are include in set without a battery, charger, cleaning rod, etc., etc.
Battery Capacity [mAh]:
Battery capacity determines the time, which it accumulated enough energy to work gearbox. The greater capacity, then replica will shoot longer.
Magazine capacity [pcs]:
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.

rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
