AM-013 carbine replica
A series of the latest Amoeba Airsoft replicas is based on a well-known design of AR type assault rifles, however these replicas have been considerably modified and enriched of many constructional details and interesting technical solutions, which improve not only their functionality but also their look.
The replica's receiver was made of strengthened nylon. Quality of the materials used results in the fact that it is very difficult to recognise on the first sight whether it's plastic or metal. Effective signs of a model, calibre and Amoeba Airsoft's logo were engraved on the receiver. Metal was used to produced the outer barrel, the front-sight, the sound supressor, the stock tube and some small pieces. The pistol grip, properly shaped, covered with scrabrous non-slip texture which improves grip and comfort. The magazine release button was enlarged in order to make its usage easier.
The replica was equipped with a telescopic regulated stock, which allows to adjust its length to individual preferences of a shooter. The battery can be placed inside the stock and tube. Access to a hop-up system regulation is achieved in a standard for this design way - by pulling the charging handle and opening tjhe shell ejector.
AM-013 was equipped with a modular system of the front grip, which allows to adjust the replica to individual preferences of the shooter. 22mm RIS rails' segments may be mounted to the replica in many positions thanks to sockets located around the grip. 4 such segments together with mantling screws were included to the set. The all-purpose 22mm RIS rails are situated on the front grip and on the top of the receiver, thanks to which the replica may be fitted with a wide range of additional accessories, from a scope to lighting and tactical grips. The rifle has iron sights - flip-up type aming devices mounted on the RIS rail.
Amoeba Airsoft's replicas make it possible to replace the spring quickly, with no necessity of dismantling the gearbox. The heart of the replica is a bit strengthened modified gearbox v. 2, which possesses an integrated EFCS module - Electronic Firing Control System. It controls the operation of the trigger mechanism, resulting in a very smooth work and shorter engine reaction. A standard trigger swich assembly was replaced by an electronic system. The EFCS also has a built-in MOSFET system.
EFCS considerably increases the mechanism's life span and the whole replica as well and it allows to use high-voltage batteries, including LiPo. If we buy an outerdedicated EFCS programmer, we may receive a possibily to select fire modes as well as the burst mode (a three BBs series).
A magazine included in the set is a plastic hi-cap of the capacity of 300 BBs. The magazine is covered with scrabrous non-slip texture, it also has a folding pull-mag type grip.
The set does not include a battery and a charger.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.

The length of the replca is measured between the two most distant points of each other. Different models have several of these values, because of its design allows to increase or decrease it length (eg. folding stock or extended flash hider).

This is a value that includes the weight of the replica, magazine and other accessories that are include in set without a battery, charger, cleaning rod, etc., etc.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
