FC-A105 (by E&L) Assault Rifle Replica
Everyone who had the opportunity to hold in his hands a live AK will be sure to appreciate the high degree of realism and exterior craftsmanship of new ForceCore replicas as well as a specific for eastern weaponry roughness of finish – it is simply a heady and solid tool, smelling with steel and oil. At no point in time should you worry about breaking and damaging anything – exactly as is the case in live original.
It is worth to mention that the new series of replicas ForceCore Armament was manufactured by a known manufacturer: E&L (Emei Landarms) commissioned by ForceCore! They differ from other E&L replicas in the technology of steel anodizing or machine finish of wooden elements instead of hand-made. Different are also internal elements.
In the case of ForceCore replicas by E&L it is pointless to state which external parts were made from steel, because absolutely all elements in those replicas are – steel. The receiver, outer barrel, stock, even the rear sight, cleaning rod or trigger are steel. The use of polymer in construction of some of elements is justified by the construction of live firearms – for instance, polymer pistol grips. Wooden elements in ForceCore replicas by E&L are made from high quality, natural, lacquered plywood.
A maximal amount of elements was made in a 1:1 scale in comparison to the original, which means that it is possible to use original parts for a live firearm. Another feature is the ability to partially disassemble the replicas as if it were a live firearm, that is, without use of tools – all is based on pins and levers. The manufacturer took care of smallest details in order to make the replica resemble the original as closely as possible.
FC-A105 has a wooden cradle, gas tube overlay and frame stock, foldable to the side. On the left side is located a characteristic for this construction dovetail joint side rail, which allows for attachment of a dedicated optical sight (original ones also compatible), or various 22mm RIS rails.
The battery of the replica is stored beneath the dust cover. One can fit inside a NiMH stick battery or a LiPo measuring 18x14x165mm.
Also internally, ForceCore replicas by E&L have been made exceptionally solid. Inside the reinforced v.3 gearbox with large tuning potential one will find, among others:
<![if !supportLists]>- <![endif]>Set of steel gears

<![if !supportLists]>- <![endif]>Brass cylinder
<![if !supportLists]>- <![endif]>Suppressed POM cylinder head

The structure of bearings is interesting – two first gears are ball bearing mounted, whereas the spur gear is mounted on a shaft bearing. On the one hand this allows for operation with reduced resistance of the gears, which make most turns, but on the other hand it minimalizes the risk of a malfunction of the spur gear, which undergoes the most stress. The piston lack on majority of its length the top slide, which in a minimal degree influences the stability of operation, but far more reduces friction. Two aforementioned solutions mean more reliable operation, higher ROF and more energy efficiency.
The pneumatic system consists of a set of quite piston head and cylinder, which prolongs the longevity of the system via better amortisation. The spring slide is bearing mounted and the spur gear features an enlarged retarder. It gives a BB more time to be inserted into a chamber, which is especially important in configurations providing high rate of fire.
The entire replica is powered by an efficient ELM120 Standard engine. Also features a metal Hop-Up chamber.
The replica comes with a polymer, mid-cap magazine holding 120 BBs.
The set does not include a battery or a charger.
The set includes:
- User’s Manual
Replika karabinka FC-A105
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Propulsion / Powered by:
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Type of fire:
The length of the replca is measured between the two most distant points of each other. Different models have several of these values, because of its design allows to increase or decrease it length (eg. folding stock or extended flash hider).
Inner barrel length [mm]:
This is a value that includes the weight of the replica, magazine and other accessories that are include in set without a battery, charger, cleaning rod, etc., etc.
Magazine capacity [pcs]:
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
Steel + wood + plastic
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
