SA-A19 assault rifle replica by Specna Arms is made largely from a uniform zinc and aluminium alloy, reinforced with steel elements in the most vulnerable points of the replica (steel elements - all the screws, pins and tactical sling swivels). Both the SF stock storing the battery and the pistol grip were made from polymer. The receiver of the replica and RIS hand guard have undergone the process of anodizing, which guarantees high degree of protection against corrosion. The paint was applied via a process of powder coating, after having the surface undergo the same process prior to the application of paint. This provides a much higher than usual resistance of the applied paint to abrasion. The receiver bears USMC markings.
The replicaĄŻs parts fit very well together - in a way that could be thus far noticed solely in replicas by such top-tier manufacturers as G&P or Classic Army, the replica is also perfectly balanced. This allows for almost ideal manoeuvrability of the replica and its weight is almost not noticeable once the replica has been shouldered.
The replica features a quick spring release system, so-called Enter & Convert™. Due to that system it is possible to rapidly and quickly adapt the power of the replica to the conditions expected on the playing field without the necessity to have access to a workshop or a set of special tools - once the gearbox has been taken out of the replicaĄŻs body, the process of spring change lasts literally seconds.
The advantages of Enter & Convert™ system are hard to overstate. In the light of the current tendency in the whole Europe to use legal limitations regarding the muzzle velocity of replicas or internal regulations inside various groups, the system guarantees the user a varied set of possibilities and much freedom. Enter & Convert™ system allows with minimal amount of time change the main spring, thusly customize the muzzle velocity towards the area of the game in such a way so as to guarantee an ideal compromise between effectiveness of fire and safety for the user himself as well as other participants.
The replica is fully compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. Due to base muzzle velocity of ~430 FPS provided by the main spring installed by default by the manufacturer, the replica is perfect for operating on a medium range.
A reinforced at the cylinder level gearbox contains a steel spring slide that is an element of Enter & Convert™ system and mounted on 8mm ball bearings and caps steel gears. The system is secured with four anti-reversal latches.
The replica is equipped with a 22mm top RIS rail, RIS hand guard and an adjustable stock. The top RIS rail features metal flip-up iron sights, which can be freely detached in order to make room for the attachment of a chosen optoelectronic aiming device. Due to the extendable stock with an anti-slip stock pad it is possible to adapt the replicaĄŻs length to the body type and preferences of the user. Standard flash hider is based on 14 mm left-hand thread, which allows the attachment of a silencer in its place.
In order to enhance the realism of the game, the replica also features an operational bolt-catch mechanism.

This replica has been outfitted with the most up-to-date gen.4+ ASCU2 module, installed in our service department.
In the latest ASCU2 gen.4+ module we receive an updated software that will protect it against damages caused by a low quality Li-Po battery.
The ASCU is a two-part electronic module ( the control module and the sensor module ) which, upon being installed in the Airsoft replicas, significantly improve their operation. The traditional joint module was replaced with a sensor module which monitors the actual position of the piston thread-wheel, the firing mode selector lever and the trigger. The gathered information is sent to the control module – in which the software located in the processor analyzes it and controls the replica’s motor with the use of the MOSFET active break.
ASCU Gen. 4 includes the following upgrades:
1. New MosFet transistors with 16 times less resistance, resulting in to faster cycle, better active brake, more shots per battery charge and less heat.

The ASCU improves the operation of a V.3 gearbox and makes that the replica equals the more expensive replicas and the more sophisticated PTW class replicas. The ASCU system monitors the operation of the replica no matter the speed of squeezing the trigger and is responsible for the full cycle of the piston’s operation, both in the semi-automatic and full automatic firing modes. The piston stops in the starting position after each shot.
The ASCU is equipped with the Low Drain Protection system which is specially designed to secure the lithium-polymer (LiPo) batteries from being damaged.
In case of any emergency, the ASCU stops the firing mode in the replica and, therefore, secures the inner elements from further damage.
The ASCU is easy to install in the replica which is equipped in the V.2 gearbox. Most of the models does not require the modification of the airsoft rifle’s original parts. Yet, in some cases, some minor changes may have to be introduced – thanks to this the installation process will be completed without any problems.

Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
