M1911 (CO2) Pistol Replica

A replica by KJW made almost entirely from metal. The only non-metal, polymer elements here are the grip side linings and some small elements of the internal mechanism.

The model was made very carefully and is well balanced, which significantly improves its stability during usage. The mass itself of the replica does not only increase the realistic feel, but also allows to counter the strong blow-back system effect.

What is important is that the replica can be quickly and easily disassembled for cleaning, which is crucial when using a gas replica.

The replica features a winged safety placed on the right side, within the reach of a thumb. The second safety measure preventing from accidentally firing the replica, for instance, when catching on the holster with a trigger is a safety in the grip of the replica. It is not possible to fire the replica without correct placement of the hand on the grip.

A very realistic blow-back system has been implemented in the replica. With each consecutive shot, the slide is pulled back, afterwards it returns to its initial position, at the same time loading another BB into the chamber. Once the last shot has been fired and the magazine emptied, the slide remains in rear position.

The magazine was made from metal. It contains 25 BBs and a 12g CO2 capsule. Thanks to the use of a capsule with carbon dioxide as a power source it is possible to use the replica in lower temperatures than green gas. At the same time, due to the implementation of appropriate valves, the efficiency of the gas use has significantly raised.

Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
