FC-A104 PMC-E (by E&L) Carbine Replica
Everyone who had the opportunity to hold in his hands a live version of AK carbine will surely appreciate the high level of realism and external craftsmanship of new ForceCore replicas and, specific to Eastern block weaponry, rough finish. Simply put, this is a heavy, solid tool that smells of steel and oil. The user does not have to worry about damaging any part of the replica in any situation - precisely as is the case with live firearm original.
It worth to mention that ForceCore Armament new series of replicas was produced by a known manufacturer: E&L (Emei Landarms) per order from ForceCore! What sets it apart from E&L replicas is a change in the steel blueing technology or machine finish of wooden elements instead of being hand-crafted. Internal elements were also a subject to change.
In the case of ForceCore by E&L it is pointless to name all the internal parts that were made from steel, because absolutely all metal elements in those replicas are made from steel. The receiver, external barrel, stock and even the rear sight, cleaning rod as well as the trigger. The use of polymer in the manufacture of certain elements was dictated by the structure of live firearm originals - for instance, in the case of polymer pistol grips. Wooden elements in ForceCore by E&L replicas are made from natural, high quality, lacquered plywood.
A maximum number of external elements was made in 1:1 scale compared to live firearm original, which means a possibility of installing original parts for the live version. Another feature is the option of partial disassembly of the replica, like its live firearm counterpart - without the need for tools since everything is based on pins and levers. The manufacturer has taken care of the smallest details in order to bring the product as close to the original as possible.
FC-A104 PMC-C features B5 telescopic stock, known from AR15. The replica is equipped with a RIS 22 mm hand guard made entirely from aluminium! On the left side there is a characteristic for the construction of this series a “dovetail joint” side rail ideal for the attachment of, for instance, an optical sight.
The battery is located beneath the dust cover. It is compatible with NiMH stick batteries and LiPo batteries measuring 18x14x165 mm.
Also on the outside, ForceCore by E&L replicas were made incredibly solid. Inside a reinforced v.3 gearbox with a high tuning potential are also, among others:
- set of steel
- metal, bearing mounted spring slide
- brass cylinder
- suppressed POM cylinder head
- muffled piston head
- very durable POM piston
The replica has an interesting bearing structure - two gears are mounted on ball bearings, while the sector gear is mounted on a slide bearing. On one hand this allows to work with smaller resistance of gears, which make most turns and on the other hand it minimizes the risk of malfunction of the sector gear, which is subjected to highest stress. The piston lacks the upper slide along the majority of its length, which to a minimal degree influences the stability of its operation, but in a much larger degree reduces friction. Two of the aforementioned solutions guarantee better reliability, higher ROF and smaller energy drain.
The pneumatic system consists of a set of a silent piston and cylinder heads, which prolongs the lifetime of the system and provides better absorption. The spring slide features bearings and the sector gear has an enlarged delayer clip. It provides the BB with more time to be introduced into the chamber, which is especially important when dealing with configurations with high rate of fire.
The entire replicas is propelled by an efficient ELM120 Standard motor. The replica also features a metal Hop-Up chamber.
The replica comes with a steel Mid-Cap magazine with a capacity of up to around 120 BBs.
The set does not include a battery or a charger.
The set includes:
- User’s manual
Replika karabinka FC-A104 PMC-C (by E&L)
It is the spped of bb, while its leaving the innerbarrel of replica. This speed is measured in FPS (Feet Per Second).
1 FPS = 0,3 m/s
1 J = 99 m/s
1 J = 326,7 FPS
Indications v2, v3, v6 does not mean the level of advance, but only shape of gearbox skeleton which was used and selected by the manufacturer depending on the capabilities of the body of the replica. For example, a models of the M4/M16 family, MP5, have a v2 gearbox, while the AK family have gearbox v3.
Type of fire:
The length of the replca is measured between the two most distant points of each other. Different models have several of these values, because of its design allows to increase or decrease it length (eg. folding stock or extended flash hider).
Inner barrel length [mm]:
This is a value that includes the weight of the replica, magazine and other accessories that are include in set without a battery, charger, cleaning rod, etc., etc.
Magazine capacity [pcs]:
Hop-Up system is used for overclocking bb during the shot (putting it in rotation), through which, it extends its flight path. Acting laws of physics make that bb lift up, while the gravitational force take it down. Appropriate adjustment of Hop-Up, will compensate for these two factors, which result in long and straight flight for longer distance and be greater focus shot (to improve accuracy).
Blow back is a simulation system of the cocking lever - it imitates the work of it as the equivalent sharp. This system raises the realism and adds a lot more experience during shooting.
Steel + aluminum + plastic
rechargeable battery is characterized by high efficiency
current-carrying capacity, but there are disruptive effect on memory.
Should be unloaded and loaded in the full cycle, ie, it is recommended
to fully discharge, and after unloading must charge the battery
immediately without leaving it for a long time in a discharged state.
